Ellison Neighbourhood, Kelowna

Live where good things grow.

Located just east of Kelowna International Airport and only 20 minutes from downtown, the Ellison neighbourhood is considered Kelowna's breadbasket. Home to orchards, vineyards, hobby and horse farms, and small acreages, this quiet, pastoral neighbourhood offers the perfect soil for growing food.

A drive along winding country roads takes you past golf courses and farmgate stalls filled with just-picked produce. Empty nesters, retirees, and young families can be found stretching their legs or pedalling along the Okanagan Rail Trail, playing with their pets at Ellison Dog Park, or hiking at Mill Creek or Robert Lake Regional Parks while enjoying the gorgeous bounty around them.

Lora + Christy's Take

"A hidden gem located beyond Rutland and near YLW, this area is defined by acreages, planned communities such as Tower Ranch. Definitely worth a look if you are craving a slower pace."
