Kelowna South Neighbourhood

Heritage meets the 21st Century.

With Kelowna General Hospital at its unofficial hub, Kelowna South contains a mix of historic and contemporary homes, condos and townhomes. Abbott Street Corridor features exclusive lakeshore homes as well as public beach and parkland access. It's a great area for casual bike rides or to walk your pet.

Lora + Christy's Take

"Also known as Pandosy District, SOPA, Abbott Corridor... this area is quickly growing and a natural extension of the Lower Mission. Some of Kelowna's most popular beaches are here including Gyro Beach and Rotary Beach. The Abbott Corridor connects outdoor enthusiasts to downtown Kelowna. KGH is located in this neighbourhood as well as Okanagan College and many mid-rise condo buildings and amenities.
